Ismaning - Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) hat nach der kartellrechtlichen Genehmigung durch die Europäische Kommission die Übernahme von Swecon von Lantmännen abgeschlossen. Die Transaktion wurde am 31. Januar 2026 vollzogen.
