Sales KAM Manager Germany

Create and execute a business strategy to sell SANY EXCAVATORS in Germany
• Establish and manage an Excavator Sales network, liaising with OEMS, dealer and service provider to position SANY Excavators in the market
• Identify market entry and growth opportunities
• Create a “Value Proposition” message to the industry
• Ensure the complete order process until delivery to the customer
• Co-organise and attend trade fairs
• Inter-act with other sales-related departments such as Service, Aftersales, and Sales-Administration etc.

Qualifications:
• University degree in Engineering or Business Economics or equivalent
• +5 years working experience in sales of Excavators to end customers or dealer
• In depth knowledge of the market, products, customers and typical key players in the industry
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; a good communicator across all hierarchies
• A self driven strategic thinker with a hands on mentality
• Readiness for national and international travelling
• Fluent in English and German, additional languages are an advantage
