Studiing the close resemblances with other pictures, I realized this crane is the 1988 Potain MD2200 shipped to Russia. 125m HUH.

This is a Kroll K 400D, mounted on a M22 / M40 Towercombination.
The indicated Climbing - Cage is suited for the M22 System, but not for the M40.
I think they`ve built several K 400D`s.
