There has been another giant...at least on the drawing board - and then abandoned for known reasons.
So !
What do we know about the MD 22500 then ? Despite the fact, that the crane never has seen reality ?
Several pages ago, you can see it`s draft....which has been an inspiration for me....
Will the MD 22500 surpass Kroll`s souveranity for giants ?
( Kroll = souveranity in my opinion, if you haven`t realized yet )
In the meantime - any additional information about the MD 22500 is very, very welcome here !!

@S46: Potain MD22500.. ? Sound very interesting...Unfortunately thery is very scarce information on that crane. Scores of times there is no information about old tower cranes that were manufactured, like giant Pingon P2000 or, unfortunately 22500 was just a project.
Below is a kind a clasification of tower cranes after criterion of maximum range. MD22500 being listed , too.
