Hello, Kim!
I found this m1280D for you

Greetings,

djlivus

Marr Contractings heavy lift tower crane the Favelle Favco M1280D was used by United KG at the Caltex Clean Fuels project as a solution to a problem of heavy lifting requirements in an extreemely confined space with live plant continuing to be operating directly adjacent to the up garde works.

The M1280D was used to install a 125 tonne splitter column followed by a 220 tonne reactor. It was then moved to a third location where it was equiped with an 80 meter boom to give coverage of the entire site and perform general and heavy lifting.

With its 50 tonnes capacity high speed winch and ability to work in wind speeds of 72 km/h which is double that of crawler cranes, it provided a cost effective answer to some common problems associated with heavy industrial sites.

Hallo!
Did Potain manufacture other giant tower cranes before advent of MD series, (so, excepting cranes like md-1000, md1400, md2200, md3200)?

thanks,

djlivus
