Maybe it is better to operate the crane via radio control from the mounting position of the beams instead of the away cabine?!

Compare this crane with a mobile/crawler crane with similar function and capacity.
Lifting heavy elements is performed at low lifting speed and there is usually also enough time for positioning the load.
