Kramer 312 sl 1989, drive circuit does not disengage fully

Hello,  I wonder can someone help me please.?

When I move the forward- reverse lever to neutral my kramer still wants to move forward.  

It's not bad but annoying, if I rev the engine in neutral it moves forward a little, at idle it's OK...

 

Is there a valve that I can adjust the forward engagement?

What is your oil pressure gauge showing?

It must show 0 bar in the neutral position

I need to install test points and gauges in the forward/ reverse hose line to check.  

My old 312 sl does not have a gauge for neutral pressure...

 

I think I have figured out it could be the 3 o rings on the oil feed ring... I have not taken it out yet...
