Liebherr 33K - Schaltplan, Probleme mit der Steuerung

Hallo,

ich habe derzeit Probleme mit meinem Liebherr 33K, Bj 1983. Hin und wieder verweigert er seinen Dienst. Plötzlich reagiert er auf keinen Steuerungsbefehl mehr. Weder per Funk noch wenn ich gleich danach die Kabelsteuerung anschließe.

Nach einiger Zeit des Wartens funktioniert alles wieder reibungslos. Kann es sein, dass ein Bauteil warm wird und dann den Dienst verweigert? Würde mich freuen wenn mir jemand helfen kann. Elektriker war schon da aber wie könnte es auch anders sein - dann läuft alles und der Fehler tritt nicht auf.

Zusätzlich bin ich auf der Suche nach einem Schaltplan 🙂

Könnte an dem Stecker selbst liegen, wo man die Funke bzw. die Kabelsteuerung am Schaltschrank anschließt. Hatte das Problem auch mal an einem Kran, der immer mal wieder ausfiel. Stecker erneuert, und schon war das Problem behoben. 

Sonst ist es schwierig, eine Ferndiagnose zu stellen. Müsste man vor Ort testen, bzw mal messen.

Hi, I have the same problem sorry for writing in english but I can’t speak german.

 

Our 33k is not working in gear 2 and 3, the contactor hk6b is not clicking only a few times, like today when we tried it clicked once and after that it didn’t click at all .

Most of the time it just makes a strange noise and it doesn’t move.Please if you can reply me.

 

If you could send me a circuit diagram I’d be really greatful.

If ot just the hoisting gear motor who doesn't work? Or do you have other electrical problems?

The contractor HK5B is for the first gear, the HK6B is for the second gear and the HK7B is for the third gear.

Does the HK5B works?

It can be, that the contractor are broken. Or the windings from the motor for the second and third gear are broken.

Everything works fine but the hoisting in gear 2 or 3 sometimes goes off. ( I think if the gear 2 contactor is broken then the gear 3 automatically stops working.)

 

The HK6B contactor works but just sometimes, for example today it worked 3-4 times then it stops, we checked in the terminal box and it clicks when it works and everythings fine, then it just stops and doesn't work for a day.

 

Could it be the contactor or some simple connection problem around the contactor?
