Please download the attached version. It was never my intention to make changes, but a recent event compelled to do so - one that is very important to me, personally. This version of the pdf is special to me because of that change, but to make it more so, a number of old images (Åkermans, Volvo, O&K, Liebherr, Demag and Poclain) were added, which I took between 1986 and 2007.
